Spacious and well-equipped rooms with large windows, and the staff is incredibly helpful and supportive.

The location is perfect and excellent and they have parking outside.

The hotel was well-equipped, nonetheless I stayed for 1 night only. The breakfast was very good and there were a lot of options. Had a normal double and recently renovated room with a nice view, using the bathroom facilities plus bathtube, and I couldn't ask for more. Very supportive and responsive staff members at the reception desk and kept the property clean.

The breakfast certainly should have been was n't included in the rate.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, the rooms were spacious with nice showers, and the breakfast served in the restaurant was delicious.

This venue is well-equipped with professional staff at the reception desk, and I enjoy staying here when I am in the area.

The location it offers is ideal, near to the centre of Bern, public transports and the tram line. The breakfast is very very good, with beverages and fresh vegetables, for instance.

Possibly the best and perfect 10/10 stay for two nights on a business trip. The pool area is nice too. Easy parking outside. Ideal location; reasonably good staff. Easy access to mother and child.

It's a wonderful classy hotel with exceptional and welcoming staff members. The venue has particularly good setting in Mattenhof-Weissenbuhl district next to the river, public transport for free, and the very frequent trams.

The location was excellent relly close to train terminal that takes you to downtow really quick. It was contemporary, neat and in terms of using the bathroom facilities. The jewel in the crown was reasonably good staff:)))

the parking was ok, even if that had it's negative axpects (very very narrow, but that seems to be a problem of the majour part of the parking garage in Switzerland...) so that may not be fault of the hotel. The hotel is near a tram stop that takes you to the city center within a fair time.

The personnel in charge of the breakfast buffet was unfriendly and unprofessional, rude and totally spoiled our staying. When we arrived at breakfast, welcomed or rather unwelcomed by the staff, most of the buffet had already been eaten up and they started using the vacuum cleaner while we were still eating altough it still was breakfast time. Breakfast is, in our opinion, also highly overpriced. On top of it all the staff spoke to us in a offensive an racist manner.
